Effective Engineering Ltd is a British company founded the two brothers Ian and Roger Kerridge in 1998. It is located in Epsom, Surrey, United Kingdom.

Ian is the CEO of the company which has been a financial success since it started. Roger is the Sales Manager and Ian’s wife, Melanie, is the CFO. There are no dedicated sales team but the business has 25 project managers all responsible for their own accounts. Claudia is the marketing assistant supporting all project managers.

Effective Engineering are offering engineering advice and project management within electrical, mechanical, process, and production engineering. Their primary markets are professional companies within the energy, process, and production sectors. All services are marketed and sold directly to the customers.
